Discover affordable comfort with our new Support at Home pricing framework. We offer a range of services designed to cater to your unique needs within the comfort of your own home. Our pricing is simple. We appreciate your funding usage and services are important to you.
As part of your fees, we can guarantee the following:
1. When you call us, you’ll get a local, not a call centre.
2. We are here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
3. We are a family-owned business, with values to match.

Management Fees

Care Management Fee – This fee is calculated at 10% of your Support at Home subsidy |
Care management provides you with support for the ongoing management of your Home Care Package. Your My Support Australia Package Partner works with you, providing dedicated support to assist you to live your life your way. We ensure that you receive the services you choose to best meet your individual needs. Our involvement is focused on regular connection and service planning aligned with your goals. This may include specific assessment, restorative health care planning, enabling risk assessments and management of Home Care Package Funding and budgets. |

Means Testing
As the Support at Home Program is a government-subsidized initiative that is designed to provide you with support to maintain your independence and remain living at home. As a result, means testing plays a critical role in determining the amount you may need to contribute toward the cost of your Support at Home Package, ensuring government subsidies are allocated fairly based on financial circumstances. Centrelink will review your income quarterly.

Cancellation Terms
It is your responsibility to notify us if you are not available for a scheduled visit. If you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know 24hrs before at the latest. If you cancel later than 24hrs before we will need to charge the full visit fee to the package even if you do not receive a service. We understand, however, that there may be circumstances when you cannot contact us within this timeframe for example following hospitalisation. Under these circumstances we may consider not charge you for a cancelled visit.
Note: prices may change and if a third-party provider is onboarded to provide you with required services a percentage fee will be applied for the processing on all service-related compliance requirements.
